Craig Parker aka Darken Rahl from Legend of the Seeker

I got to meet Craig Parker from Legend of the Seeker and more recently Spartacus last week.   He plays the villain pretty well on screen, but is a nice guy in person.  A few of us spotted him and he was nice enough to sign some autographs and take a few photos with fans.  I had two 8x10s along from Legend of the Seeker and he signed them both for me.

I woke up to some pretty crazy news this morning. . . KStew is admitting to cheating on RPatt.  WTF?  Bella Swan cheated on Edward Cullen?!?!  Oh no she didn't!!!

Sadly Twihearts it is true.  Robert Pattinson's Facebook status will soon read "single".

But what I found most interesting about all this was I met the dude who Kristen cheated with . . . and his wife too.  Rupert Sanders and his wife Liberty Ross attended an industry screening of Snow White and the Huntsman a couple months ago and I was there getting their autographs.  They arrived together in the same SUV and both came over as a couple to sign autographs from the fans.  

At the time I didn't think anything of this interaction.  They seemed like a happy couple.  Little did I know Rupert had been cheating on his wife with Kristen Stewart.  Crazy. 

Liberty reportedly found out about the affair and tweeted one word, "Wow." then deleted her twitter account. 

I ended up getting both their autographs on my SWATH cast 11x14, so it's now kind of an infamous piece of memorabilia for my collection. 

Lance Reddick from The Wire

The Wire!!! I love graphing actors who were in The Wire, and Lance Reddick was a mainstay: Cedric Daniels.  So I was more than happy to see Lance out promoting Fringe and get a chance to get his autograph on some Wire images.  I had five 11x14s along and got them all done, and clearly Lance has great taste in tv shows as he was rocking a Breaking Bad hat.  

Now if only I could get to meet: Wood Harris, J.D. Williams, Jamie Hector, Gbenga Akinnagbe, and Felicia Pearson. 

Thomas Jane is a little bit scary

He strolls through the public sidewalks of southern California barefoot without shoes or socks.   Accompanied by his constant companion a cigar which he is seemingly never without.  He is . . . Thomas Jane.  

There aren't many people who scare me to ask them for an autograph, but Thomas Jane is one of them.  Will he sign? Will he tell me no? Will he karate chop me in the face? I never know.  

I saw Thomas last week and he must have been in a good mood because I got him to sign a baseball and three 8x10s.  And I even did not get karate chopped in the face.
