Homeland: Claire Danes and Damian Lewis

Homeland was having a press event on Wednesday night and it was pretty close to where I live so had to graph it.  I ended up leaving home, getting Claire and Damian's autographs, and returning home in under three hours. I didn't want to be too ambitious so all I had along were three combo shots, and I ended up getting all three of my 11x14s signed by both Claire and Damian.  

Damian came first and was incredibly cool.  He signed everything, made sure he signed on his character (which is a big pet peeve of mine when celebrities don't sign on themselves), took photos with anyone who asked, and at the end even asked does anyone else need anything signed.  Cool guy. 

 Claire came about 20 minutes after Damian and as she was walking over she said, "Just one each" which of course worried me since Damian had signed three combo shots and I needed Claire to complete them. But luckily once Claire started signing she realized it was a pretty small crowd and she basically just signed anything we had.  She signed all three of my 11x14s.  

 Here's my three 11x14s with both Claire and Damian on them.  Damian signed them all in blue sharpie, Claire signed them all in silver metallic paint pen.

Magic City Premiere with Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Olga Kurlenko, Fred Durst, and the cast of Spartacus

I graphed the Magic City premiere on Tuesday night and I did very well at it.  The show is a new Starz original series and from the previews looks like something worth watching.   

The first person to show was Jeffrey Dean Morgan.  It is not possible to be any nicer of a human being than Jeffrey Dean Morgan.  I've seen him three times in the last three months and each time he seems to only get more friendly.   He is hands down the best signer in Hollywood right now.  He signed for everyone, took pictures with anyone who asked, and even kissed one fan on the cheek as you can see from my video. 

Next was Lynn Collins, she was really nice and signed a lot.  I only had two 11x14s along and got them done easily. 

Then came Olga Kurylenko and she must have been in a good mood today because she was signing "Olga K" instead of her usual "OK".  I got two 11x14s signed by her. 

Kelly Lynch signed my one 8x10 I had along. 

Elena Satine signed my one 11x14 I had along. 

Many of the cast of Spartacus showed up, I got Viva Bianca on three individual 11x14s and added her to my new cast 11x14. 

Katrina Law came and she is really cool and sweet and always thanks everyone for watching the show and is just a generally pleasant person.  She signed four 8x10s for me. 

Liam McIntyre showed up and was without his publicist (which is good because his publicist is not nice and tells him not to sign), without his publicist Liam is nice as can be, and he signed an individual 11x14, individual 8x10, and my cast 11x14 for me.  

Peter Mensah also came and signed my cast 11x14. 

Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit showed up and signed a pickguard for me. 

And lastly Cynthia Addai-Robinson signed my cast 11x14.  

Here's my Spartacus cast 11x14.  I also got Ellen Hollman and Steven Dunlevy on it as they both showed up the premiere as well. It has Liam, Peter, Viva, Cynthia, Ellen, and Steve on it. 

A pretty good night.  

American Reunion Premiere with Jedward

I went the the American Reunion premiere on Monday night and was excited the most for Dania Ramirez and Katrina Bowden.  Well I didn't get them.  In fact, I didn't get much of the cast at all.   I had a pretty crappy night when all was said and done.  

When arrivals began I quickly realized I had chosen the wrong place to stand and I wasn't going to get any of the cast.  So after Chris Klein and Alyson Hannigan signed and I didn't get anywhere near them, I gave up and went to get get walkers.  I had heard the three leads of Project X were going to come the movie and sure enough they all did.  I got Jonathan Daniel Brown, Oliver Cooper, and Thomas Mann to all sign my three cast 11x14 pictures.  

I waited until after the movie and didn't get a whole lot.  Here's my cast 11x14 I worked on, it has Thomas Ian Nicholas, Jennifer Coolidge, Chuck Hittinger, and Ali Cobrin on it. 

Jennifer Coolidge also signed two 8x10s for me of the poster shot.

Jason Segel showed up and signed one 11x14 for me.

Shannon Elizabeth signed one 11x14 for me. 

And last but certainly not least Jedward.  They are huge overseas and the young ladies love these singing twins.  John and Edward Grimes form the duo Jedward.  I knew they were supposed to show up to the premiere so I was ready for them and when I saw them I quickly got a guitar pickguard ready to be signed.  I handed it to John and he signed it and then handed it back to Edward who also signed it.   Thank you Jedward. 

No Tara Reid, No Katrina Bowden, and No Dania Ramirez.  Bummer.
